Project Details
Expansion of the existing Heritage Inn and indoor pool addition will provide new amenities for visitors to Sauder Village. The guest room wing is a 3-story structure with a partial basement, and includes 64 rooms with a mixture of 12 foot and 14 foot wide rooms. The pool house consists of a pool, hot tub, pool deck, game room, exercise room, restrooms, activity area (with "Great Oak" tree), and snack bar area connected to the existing kitchen.
