Project Details
Located at the southern end of the government center Mall, the Lucas County Courthouse is an icon which encompasses the rich architectural heritage of Lucas County and the City of Toledo.
The masonry façade is structurally in good condition; however the building
is beginning to show its one hundred and eleven year old age. By taking
a proactive approach to the preservation of the exterior the community
can safeguard this beautiful cultural resource for future generations
to enjoy. The first phases of this exterior restoration will include
stone repair and replacement, as well as enhanced exterior lighting.
