The new addition will provide space for 170 students, converting the K-6 elementary school into a K-8 facility with a total capacity of 520 students. Ottawa River Elementary was completed in 2005 as one of the first schools in the OSFC building program. The project has been designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
