Project Details
There will be a combination of 2 and 3 story units, approximately 920 SF per level, arranged in four pods. Placement of units has been configured in a "sawtooth" configuration, angled to the river, to optimize views up and down the river. Phase I consists of 24 condominiums that will be constructed on the east bank of the Maumee River in Toledo. Amenities will include boat docks at each unit.
