Project Details

Located at 830 North Summit Street (between Summit and Water Streets), the home of Duket Porter Associates has been in the process of a major renewal. This three-story brick warehouse structure is part of the Summit Street Corridor, just a short distance from One Seagate and the core downtown area. Renovations to the building’s third floor office space (shown) accentuate the existing brick walls and timber ceiling. The studio was designed as an open floor plan specifically suited to foster creativity while offering spectacular views of the river and downtown skyline. A new facade and entrance utilized existing window openings.
